Description of feature

The new website supports additional custom tabs, and I think once the preprint goes out and we (hopefully) have more interest, it would be important to make trying the pipeline out as easy as possible (usage is much to detailed to get a quick glance, and the example command is too simplistic)

Could have collapsible sections for installation of dependencies, and making a small config file
