Add test.bedpe to sarscov2 repo #1154

I reformatted test.bed into primer pairs per line (minimal required BEDPE fields). This format is standard according to BEDtools' format description. It was tested working successfully with BAMclipper, the module this data addition is intended for.

I have no experience with adding test data, so far. @jfy133 is there something more to consider?
