Multi sample and multi fastq tests #1209

  1. Re-organizes the test data so we can use the FASTQs for multiple different purposes/tests
  2. Adds FASTQs to test when we have a sample that is split across lanes/runs
  3. Adds four FASTQs per "dataset" so that we can test running anywhere between one and four FASTQs per-sample as input. One FASTQ could be a single-end run, whereas four FASTQs could be a paired end run with both index reads specified.
  4. Adds two new sample sheets to test multi-lane support, as well as support of 1-4 FASTQs per sample
