Added tiny test data genomes and annotations for genomeqc #1339

Added a test dataset for genomeqc:

Just the first 300 lines of the GFF for two mycoplasma species, and their associated genome (~2000 lines). Should work for most basic genomic checking programs.

Maybe in the future we will need to have a more complicated genomes, for TE rich species etc.
