Added tar file for phenoimager2mc #1348

As the main functionality of the module is based on directory-level inputs, I've created a tarball of the input files - and a PR will be opened for the module as soon as this is merged.

Not needed, workaround was found: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/6883
