Need to simulate a very small number of long reads originating from ONT/pacbio matching the accessions in https://github.com/nf-core/test-datasets/blob/genomeqc/samplesheet/input_bacteria.csv

• [x] download accessions, simulate reads
• [x] add fq reads to testdata on genomeqc branch
• [x] update the samplesheet with raw link to files on nf-core repo
