We must lint the contents of the nf-test specific config file for the necessary settings. It must contain:
modules_testdata_base_path = '$PATH': to match the nf-core/modules repo
pipelines_testdata_base_path = '$PATH/' to use as a pipeline level test data path
Set maximum resources to the same as -profile test (i.e. cpus = 2, memory = 3GB, time = 2h). This is currently done with a process selector but could be done with a maximum resource directive depending on Nextflow version.
