Broken link to truth info #109

https://nf-co.re/variantbenchmarking/truth is not working, linked in README.md, usage.md and truth.md.

That happen due to my assumption probably, I wanted to have a separate readme on truth files and though truth.md will be directly emitted from the web-site.. I will remove the link. Thank you!
