[x] fastqfasta_cobra_fasta
[x] fastqgfa_phables_fasta
[x] fastfastagfa_assemblyextension_fasta

UPDATE

[x] Add subworkflows to workflows/toolkit/main.nf
[x] Set to only run extension on paired end reads
[x] Add storeDir for jobs that take a long time to run! (i.e. assembly)
[x] Add meta.assembler and meta.extension to output dirs to distinguish between approaches
