Are there similar but not-quite-right values?
RNASeq is ok, but not very specific. scRNA-seq is justifiably a unique assay from bulk RNAseq, which is what 99% of people mean when they say "RNASeq" (this is not truly a data driven statement .... :) ). As we are just starting to get scRNA-seq data from studies, we should add this now to avoid needing to recode much (if anything).
