Metadata manifest backlog cleanup #53

Please add metadata manifests generated by the NF Data Curator app here that have been completed, but haven't yet uploaded to Synapse. We will resolve these in an upcoming meeting:

I did a couple of these yesterday so that they are ready for review by funder.

As a note, all blank values seem to get submitted as the string nan rather than as a null value. After adding the annotations, I manually cleaned these strings from the annotations (basically by going to the fileview for the project, adding all the annotation keys, retrieving csv, ctrl+f 'nan' whole words and replace with blank, and then reuploading. This is ok for a small number of manifests but not sustainable in the long run.
