The sample sheet was finalized in May 2023. After that we re-processed all the samples and then re-ran the analysis to explore the variants in all biobank samples + the triad samples (normal+benign+malignant samples form the same patient).
Take a look at the PDF labeled Somatic_snv_reanalysis.pdf for an easy to read version.
Please ignore the DRUId analysis for now, since it is now outdated.
