Can we make a separate heatmap for the JH-2-015 samples to look at the relatedness of the samples?

I working on making a version from the RNA to WES comparison with only JH-2-015 samples, but because it is limited to RNA/WES comparisons it only has one column of data (the sample has 4 WES samples and only 1 RNA sample). Did you want me instead to make a version for this sample with all comparisons (RNA/RNA, WES/WES, and RNA/WES) included in the figure?
