Update and test ProjectLive data compilation with new schema

This is an important dependency update. ProjectLive schema is being updated to a separate table Version 2.0 as described here. This includes changes with column renaming. Then:

• current data will be migrated
• new data will be integrated

This means that, downstream, we need to make sure that:

• Job for data compilation is updated as needed
• App is also updated as needed
