include installation and siri instructions #7

@nfarina i propose this change which simply adds the installation and siri instructions. changed the config to show an additive config vs a new config.json.

I appreciate the work here but it seems redundant to reprint installation instructions for Homebridge on every plugin's README (and if only this plugin, why not all plugins?). What if the instructions for Homebridge change?

I think there is value in providing an example section of what Siri voice commands are available to the plugin.

Sorry it took me so long to look at this again. I think this is a great idea. I fixed conflicts and merged this as #58.
