Fix current issues with FLIR program #14

There are a couple of issues with the FLIR main_program that need to be addressed at the moment.

The program has a considerable lag in the display of images. It appears to be on the order of 30 seconds.
The camera_settings.json file is saved in the original working directory of the program execution. This should be changed to save into a folder in the FLIR device folder
Enabling the trigger completely freezes the program. This needs to be handled better through the use of threading.

Further issue found. Closing the program doesn't properly close QTimers from threads, which causes the terminal to hang.

From @LiamDroog: Further improvement could be made by allowing the image to scale smaller than full resolution - it takes up a significant amount of a 1080p screen and we'll need other room for UIs when in use. Also having the zoom bar zoom in on the crosshair rather than the center would be cool but not strictly necessary
