The RPWG wants all "wrapper" documents to be filled in, regardless if parts are to be found in the web page input or not. So I still don't understand this ticket. So RPWG wants us to ditch online form for passing around PDFs of Word files? We can add whatever missing fields are not on form.

I added version info; didn't add type. No one tracks/reports this data to an audience who cares. It's not complete either (like only Watch and not Wearables)
