TC and CC Glossary Pages #22

The glossary pages were noticed to be missing from the new website so we added them here: https://nfc-forum.org/build/glossary. However, it seems in the past there were two word documents (one for TC and one for CC). Per Jurgen, the old webpage documents were found here: https://nfc-forum.org/what-is-nfc/glossary/

When I looked these are the most recent docs I could find in Kavi (these look to be the same as above):

Action: we need to add these to the website. Suggestion to add to Specs page below the architecture.

@mccamon-nfc Received email from Sten: The CC_GLOSS is missing after that the old web portal was moved to previous. Attached is the latest one. CC would prefer to have the link to it located in the "Certification Resource” (https://nfc-forum.org/build/certification/resources)

I think the easiest way is just to have a link at that page to the word document, since all included items in attached document are not to be found here https://nfc-forum.org/build/glossary

@helenetum @mskinner-nfc Let's discuss this with Sten. When it comes to reference documents I would very much like for us to move away from PDFs and Word files. The issue is they are not searchable. This also means we can't get traffic from internet searches. So if someone types in acronyms related to NFC they find our site.

@mccamon-nfc @helenetum catching up on these threads re: the TC and CC glossaries. I see that we are moving forward with PDF versions on the website. I believe I have the latest versions, I just need to know where to put them on the website. Last note from the CC said "CC would prefer to have the link to it located in the "Certification Resource” (https://nfc-forum.org/build/certification/resources)". At that point, we will want to delete the created page (https://nfc-forum.org/build/glossary) to not cause more confusion. Please let me know next steps. Thank you! FYI

PDFs are added to both Specification and Certification Resources pages.
