How would I build mfoc for Windows?

@neomilium Why was this closed without an answer?

Probably because it is for Linux? Maybe you can install it using win10 with Linux support. That would probably work.

@simba83 That is what I was hoping to find out from @neomilium. I have tried doing USB passthrough on VMware, but that didn't work. I haven't bothered to try WSL yet but I doubt that it will work.
