MLO evaluation: Continous Work on the List of Used Ontologies #17

This issue is associated with the charter epic #2.

Which mid-level (domain-agnostic) ontology does this issue address?

As the list of used Ontologies inside the NFDI has still a lot of inconsistent expressions and could be evaluated more in-depth, we should discuss the criteria of evaluation. see https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UAfDKo2gKiaFldEeitMUcO8Gl1Fjyb_r_bp1V4JW0Es/edit#gid=3857951

What further steps are needed to be taken or discussed by/in our WG regarding this issue?

  1. [ ] Find Curators who maintain and contact the respective Consortia if action is needed.
  2. [ ] Define Possible entries for a lot of the columns so that we can compare and reuse the dataset more efficently. Morst important entries are
    • [ ] Modularity
    • [ ] Domain
    • [ ] Format (a syntax is not equivalent to Semantic Format e.g. Thesauri, Taxonomy, Ontology and thus we should divide this into syntax and Semantic format)
    • [ ] Links to Ontology and Version used
