The initial submission still contained an example.org-URI for the concept scheme (https://example.org/test_).
Only in presence of the correct concept scheme IRI, concept and collection IRIs will be converted to CURIEs. The concept-scheme-IRI is used as prefix when converting the Excel-vocabulary-file to turtle.
Besides fixing an obvious bug, this change makes the HTML docs and the turtle file looks much cleaner.
