Initially the submitted Excel file did not have a modified date for the concept scheme. This revealed a bug in voc4cat-tool (https://github.com/nfdi4cat/voc4cat-tool/issues/174) that was fixed today. After updating the pipeline and submitting a corrected Excel file with a modified date for concept scheme the CI action for this PR finally succeeded.
