Provide API access to vocabulary? #6

This issue does not touch the voc4cat-tool but the general process of serving our vocabulary.

If we want an API but still a small solution, prez could be of interest (BSD3-licence). It is a new vocabulary hosting solution implemented with Python/fastapi by the guys from SURROUND Australia Pty Ltd which also created vocexcel. Example here: http://iso.kurrawong.net/vocab

Other tools that could be used are available, e.g. Skosmos - A popular web-based SKOS browser and publishing tool (php-based) from the National Library of Finland.

We believe the current solution with content negotiation over w3id.org (to provide html or rdf) is good enough to access the vocabulary as whole but also to access specific concepts or collections.

Please open a new issue if you disagree and tell us what API access you would need.
