Hi Michael, would you be OK to define the general "retention time" instead of "retention time gas chromatography" (same for peak area)? For RT we could elaborate: The retention time is the mean of the residence time distribution; it is known as the first moment of the residence time distribution.

hey @dalito yes we can do that, i am not 100% sure if this covers all cases of these terms, but that we can fine tune later if conclicts occur.
