Added terms for reactor typ description.

These terms where added:

reactor type
plug flow reactor
stirred tank reactor
tubular reactor
coiled tubular reactor
continously stirred tank reactor
discontinous stirred tank reactor

Hi Hendrik. The pipeline fails due to empty provenance fields for the added rows. Filling out the provenance column is mandatory.

For the addition of new terms the provenance "ground state" could in principal be auto-created from the pull request author name but this is not implemented. If you think that this would be worth to add create a feature request in voc4cat-tool.
