[Feature Request] ontology source references #202

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hope not having overseen this: I am missing an option to pass ontology source references to isa.investiagtion.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to pass the respective arguments.

Describe alternatives you've considered Adding these manually in the file which is only a workaround. It would be good if the arcCommander could support in filling all fields via command line.

We're planning on working on this in an automated way. E.g. getting the ontology source info when collecting terms using SWATE and ARCitect. Don't expect anything user-facing soon though.

How about that: If new source references are added, e.g.

arc study factor register --study-identifier my-study --typetermaccessionnumber something --typertermsourceref somethingelse

the ontology source reference in the isa.investigation file ist updated automatically.
