Prevents overwriting of assay folder, study file and investigation file

assay register is now a bit more verbose about the study creation procedure:

Start Assay Register
No Study Identifier given, use assayIdentifier instead
Study with the identifier myAssay does not yet exist, creating it now
Done processing command

Additionally a study file with the given identifier is added, if it is not yet existing

assay init / assay add now add protocols folder

Actually this was intended as kind of a heads-up but an awkward one at that 😄
