[BUG] Written Assay files throw warning when opened #260

OS: Windows 11
ARCItect version 0.0.41

Describe the bug

Create ARC with assay/study with at least two annotation tables
Save
Open Assay/Study File in excel
This is due to a bug in ARCtrl table naming which was fixed in 2.0.0
