[FEATURE] add protocols / methods #128

We had this idea before, but I cannot recall where it went and / or what was decided.

It would be good to offer / share not only empty swate templates (table headers for protocol types), but also support to share filled out templates as examples and to reuse the most common applications of those templates (specific protocols).

as discussed today, the option to share protocols should be added to the Swate template registry @Freymaurer
