clearer separation of ISA vs. git(lab) metadata #23

At the moment it's not completely clear, which metadata comes from gitlab (outside, associated to the ARC) and ISA (inside the ARC). Both important, but would help to distinguish, esp. since some attributes are collected on both (e.g. "Description", "Title").

Few things that are conceptually same / similar, but are not between ARC and the actual git repo

I would suggest to design the search rather towards the ISA metadata than the gitlab.
