add "feedback" site #100

One thing, from my side. I am currently separating the knowledge base. This will propably be up and running in like 10-30 minutes. So i would prefer not merging/adding any new content here.

Then we can:

  1. Test new knowledge base
  2. Change links in web-components to direct to new knowledgebase .
  3. delete docs logic from main page
