Dead links to ArcCommander pages #16

On https://nfdi4plants.org/nfdi4plants.knowledgebase/docs/implementation/ArcCommander.html there are some wrong links to required pages to the ArcCommander.

These are those 2: image

which lead to https://github.com/nfdi4plants/ARC%20Commander/ and https://github.com/nfdi4plants/ARC%20Commander/wiki that are both wrong. The correct links are https://github.com/nfdi4plants/arcCommander and https://github.com/nfdi4plants/arcCommander/wiki, respectively.

That's what happens, if you just blindly replace all "arcCommander" with "ARC Commander"...
