[guide] update and add guides for ISA data annotation / sample linking

• [x] Update screen shots with versions from ARCitect / swate-alpha (add a suitable sheet name and protocol REF column)

The concept how samples, data, processes and eventually study-assay are connected in the ARC via ISA is not explained well enough

• [x] take the examples from above (or create additional ones) to explain how study and assay processes (can also be subprocesses ~ sheets) are connected via reuse of sample names in input / output / data nodes
• [ ] add graphs (mermaid, or preferably nicer graphs) to illustrate the connections
