I updated the README.md to include a guide about how to contribute via pull requests. The guide is heavily inspired by the Swate template PR guide on the Knowledge Base.

@AngelaKranz If you feel like this guide is sufficient, we can approve the pull request. If not, let me know what I should change to make things more easy to understand. I tried to include every step a user needs to do, with screenshots and numbering to really make everything clear.
