Ontologies are available at: NEWT: https://www.uniprot.org/docs/speclist (no standard uri availiable) BTO: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/bto.owl CL: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/cl.owl DOID: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/doid.owl PSI-MOD: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/mod.owl

Reasons for this addition

PRIDE (ProteomeXchange) submission tool requires terms of several specific ontologies. For the proteomics template, the user must use the terms of the respective ontology on different fields, otherwise an upload won't be possible.

Result: Not accepted, better to import specific terms into NFDI4PSO and xref them.
