update MIAPPE ontology

An updated MIAPPE ontology version should be created to fix the following issues:

• parent-child term relationships are not always fitting: subsection headers of the MIAPPE checklists are used as parent terms which leads to unfitting child term suggestions https://github.com/nfdi4plants/Swate-templates/issues/153
• some labels and definitions are not clear
• typos, punctuation, inconsistent capitalization
