Boa tarde, eu vi que está CONGELADO, porém realizei esse pull request nesse repositório porque ainda não migramos para o sped-nfe e por se tratar de uma configuração para nfce em Pernambuco. Achei que mais alguem poderia ter essa necessidade enquanto a nova não tem uma versão "estável" para produção.

Outro motivo pelo qual fiz o pr foi que vi que outro colega adicionou a dois meses atraz as urls do QR-CODE para o Ceará.
