add a net.rubyeye.xmemcached.MemcachedClient#getUnavailableServers() would be 
nice to trace the servers not available.

hi，原来在MemcachedClient已经有一个方法getReconnectRequestQueue可以
获取等待重连的服务器列表，也就是不可用的服务器列表。

不过这个返回只是调用当时的一个snapshot，不保证完全正确。

因此这个issue不需要了，谢谢。
