This PR builds on #15, implementing review comments. It also updates the plan to more closely match the times on the course website and changes around a few sessions in an opinionated way (for discussion!).
The thing this has made time for in particular is a little series of instructor talks and a panel discussion. I really want to try and keep making time for this as I think it is the kind of material I get the most of from these courses and also is the hardest to replicate when not in person/at a course.
