Faster redraws using datasets

This switches from bare arrays to vis.js DataSets. Using datasets allows for better updating (redraws). This has noticeable effects:

• Redraws don't reset the network (so any moved nodes or zoom will persist)
• Redraws feel faster (and measurements agree to a small degree)
