Not going to document status_description_abbr because it's crazy messy and way too niche but this should provide a good guide for roster statuses

a corresponding vignette eg https://github.com/nflverse/nflreadr/blob/main/vignettes/dictionary_injuries.Rmd
a NEWS.md line under the development version section describing the new dictionary
bump version in DESCRIPTION
and redocument?
