Add Preseason PBP Data #32

I would love for preseason play-by-play to be released for each season. This will be helpful to develop a preseason ranking and will help to bet for the first few weeks.

2024 update: this is not on our roadmap for this coming preseason, and would require some infrastructure changes that we aren't planning on in the near future
