Week 16/17 mixups #46

I noticed that in 2002, 2005, and 2006, many week 16 games are labeled as week 17. This seems to only occur when the week 17 game was played in the new year and week 16 was played in the old year.

Please disregard, I was misreading the data due to a bug in my own processing :) Happy Holidays!
