Delete roster-data directory #53

Cleaning up data that is no longer maintained

I think we should communicate via Twitter that we are going to remove those files. The users need a chance to update their code if they are still using this.

@guga31bb I've made a branch based on the current data called "legacy-roster-data" that we can direct people to if they want legacy roster data https://github.com/nflverse/nflfastR-data/tree/legacy-roster-data/roster-data
