Glitch on sliders cursors #17

ACTIONS 1) The user select the cursor of a slider to change it 2) The user release the cursor of the slider (so release the left button of the mouse) outside of the slider container

SIDE-EFFECT: the slider-cursor remains active so it continue to change its position following the mouse-cursor although the mouse button is released.

This bug affects all the sliders presents on the portal: timeslider and opacity sliders
