getLayers (in portal) still tries to get layer times from GeoStore (setLayerTimes in ApplicationController) #23

Currently the wmsTimes have to be added manually, c&ping from the GetCapabilities, for example.

This is due to not using geostore in the new client. In the current infrastructure that is showing the issue data is retrieved from geoserver instead.

ApplicationController does not exist anymore. Closing.
