Year not shown in the layer label when app is loaded

Layer with several temporal instances have they label updated with the year selected in the time slider between brackets.

However, initially, these layers just show the layer name when the application is just loaded.

I reopen since I can reproduce it still and I am fully synchronized with develop. See forest_mask layer in the two attached images, one just after app loads and the second after I just click the timeslider cursor, so that it generates the time event.
