zalan-postgres-health-check container image: do we still need this? #1882

During the Kubernetes v1.29 upgrade, I noticed that we build the zalan-postgres-heralth-check container image. It doesn't look like we reference this anywhere. I'm going to delete this now.

We should follow up to be sure.

CLOSING: It looks like later versions of this operator has probably integrated the health check and metrics because these settings are not longer in the Helm chart.
