Consider creating SVGIcons2TTFFont #8

SVG fonts could (will?) be dropped by SVG2. Since there is a poor browser support, maybe we could avoid the SVG font step.

This would be great, I only use this as a step for generating TTF using gulp-svg2ttf. To be able to go from SVG files to TTF using one Gulp plugin would be much more elegant.
