Have you considered migrating to napi-rs? Using Rust should improve performance, and users do not need node-gpy and postinstall when installing.

I have no short or long term plan for this module atm. I did not use it since almost 5 years 🤷.

Ya welcome. That said, accepting pull requests and eventually peiple that would take ownership of the codebase.
